Former NFL WR Antonio Brown Takes Shot At Dwyane Wade & His Daughter With Disgusting Tweet

Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown has been out of football for almost three full years now, but he likes to keep himself in the news with controversial (and often disturbing) social media posts.

A long list of off-the-field incidents and legal issues has sadly overshadowed Antonio Brown’s NFL career.

Before these problems piled up late in the 2018 NFL season, Brown was a virtual lock for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Brown took to X/Twitter again to take an unnecessary shot at Basketball Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade and the latter’s daughter, Zaya.

Wade was a commentator for Team USA’s Group C contest against Serbia. During the game, the three-time NBA champion praised former Miami teammate LeBron James and stated that his “pronouns” are “he/him.”

After the game, the Heat legend took to “X” and repeated the message about James’ pronouns being “he/him”:

Antonio Brown then took an unnecessary shot at D-Wade and his daughter, Zaya, who came out as transgender four years ago:

Wade said last year that he moved his family out of Florida because his “family would not be accepted or feel comfortable there”, citing the state’s LGBQT policies, per People. Wade has four children.

Antonio Brown Keeps Trying To Stay Relevant

Few athletes of his era have craved the spotlight and media attention as much as Brown, and that much has been made obvious since he played his last NFL game three seasons ago.

Brown continues to call out prominent athletes (past and present) on “X” to draw more attention to himself. This includes former teammate Tom Brady (who pushed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to give Brown another chance in the NFL) and WNBA stars Caitlin Clark and Brittney Griner

The 36-year-old Brown played his final game for the Bucs in Week 17 of the 2021 season against the New York Jets. Brown ran off the field after head coach Bruce Arians decided to sit him for the game (Brown had an injury), all but ending his once-great NFL career.
