NBA star Chris Paul is flipping his modern farmhouse in Encino, Calif., —and looking to profit handsomely, too.
Paul, who played for the Golden State Warriors in the 2023–24 season, purchased this stunning property with eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms in 2020 for just over $11.1 million.
The 12,830-square-foot mansion on an acre lot is back on the market for $16,495,000.
The mansion is gated and on a cul-de-sac, so there’s ample privacy. The spacious entryway leads to an elegant living room with a fireplace and built-in shelving.
The kitchen features two massive islands, a breakfast nook, and a butler’s pantry. There are two offices, a stunning glass-box wine cellar, a home theater, a home gym, and an outdoor kitchen.
The property includes a guesthouse, a covered cabana with a bathroom, a saltwater pool, and a sport court. There’s parking for four cars in the garage, a generator for outages, and even a guardhouse for extra security.
Paul, 39, starred in college at Wake Forest and broke into the NBA in 2005 with the New Orleans Hornets. He joined the Los Angeles Clippers in 2011 and later played for the Houston Rockets.
Paul agreed to a one-year, $11 million-plus contract with the San Antonio Spurs earlier this week, just hours after the Warriors waived the 39-year-old point guard.
